The Drumstick Dash will prepare you for your feast by serving up some tasty views accompanied by the fresh air aromas of autumn in the mountains.

Following the original forestry service roads in Lost Lake Park, the Drumstick Dash will leave you feeling you have a little extra room for that big dinner later on.

Registration fees includes a finishers medal, a great run experience and post run snacks.
The first 200 participants at Pack Pickup will receive a gift from Adidas!
A processing fee and GST will be added.
Online Registration closes midnight October 10, 2025 or when event is sold out.
$5 from every registration will go to support Crohn's and Colitis Canada

Event Details:

Start Time: 9:00AM

Start/Finish Area: Lost Lake Passive Haus at the south entrance to Lost Lake Park (see on google maps)

Package Pick Up: Day of package pick up will be available at Austria Passive Haus 8am - 8:45am

Run Surface: Expect smooth gravel double track and single track surfaces primarily.

Elevation Change: Approx. 100m

Signage: Every KM will be marked, and the course will be marked using plenty of arrow signs and traffic cones

Finishers Award: YES, finishers medals for all
